They got me into a 2022 Edge SEL with 3200 mls. Hugh and Adam told me that they were going to get me out of my black on black 2015 Ford Edge Titanium (which I loved) and they did. I did not get the Cadillac because I did some foolish thing without finding out more information which gave me more negative equity. So I went in and test drove the Cadillac. In my mind I said I couldn't afford a new car but what's the harm in test driving it. That's the car I was looking at online at that time and it was beautiful. I wasn't browsing the inventory 5 minutes before someone was calling and scheduling me to come in to test drive a 2020 Cadillac XT6 Premium Luxury SUV. So I go online and I put in my info for an appraisal. My vehicle had a142,000 mls on it with an expired warranty. I was messing around online after getting a letter or an email about Town and Country Ford wanting to buy my vehicle back. You guys are amazing and thank you so much for everything. I especially would like to thank Hugh my salesman, Adam the financial guy and the manager who's name escapes me at this moment for getting me into a new vehicle. I would like to thank the staff at Town and Country Ford for being so professional and helpful. We are so grateful to Bill at Town and Country Ford on Independence he deserves a raise and all the praise. The car now rides better than when we first bought it. Supposedly Lincoln has the expertise, but they couldn't find ANY of these issues. Pretty much the whole bottom of the vehicle is now brand new. Suspension, and transmission mount, were also replaced. This was scheduled for service and was covered under warranty. They got right to work within 1 hour they diagnosed the issue as a bad drive shaft. From day 1 he was patient and listened closely to our complaints. We called Town and Country Ford and spoke to the receptionist and they got us in with Bill Worthington. Basically- that we didn't know what we were talking about and there was no noise. When they did answer they told us they did not hear any noise when they drove it and the supervisor told us the person doing the diagnostic had been a mechanic for 30 years and could not find anything wrong and that is whose word he would trust. We called the dealership back multiple times and had a hard time getting anyone on the phone. They brought our car back and the same day we drove the car and the noise was still there. ![]() I'm going to assume that the car was just sitting there and no one looked at it. ![]() They ended up having the car for a month and on day 30 they called and said everything was magically fixed. We Febreezed, aired out, Lysol everything and it was still stinking. problem number one they brought us a car that smelled heavily of smoke we have a child and we don't smoke. We started hearing a noise so we set up a concierge service for them to come pick up the car and bring us a loaner car. We bought a Lincoln Corsair from this Lincoln dealership in late 2021.
